Shipping

We will ship to any address in the UK. All orders over £100 are shipped free of charge within the UK. For orders below £100, a shipping fee of £4.95 applies. We use 24hour (next working day delivery from the time of despatch) courier recorded post. A shipping supplement of £8.50 is applied to all orders to other European countries, including the Republic of Ireland.

We will aim to despatch your order in accordance with the delivery terms stated on each item. If we anticipate any delay beyond this, we will let you know by email.

We cannot be responsible for postal delays. If you have a particular deadline, please let us know and we will try to help. Occasionally an item may be out of stock. In this case, we will provide an estimated date for shipment.

Undelivered goods

Please make sure that you provide the correct delivery address at the time of ordering. We cannot be responsible for items lost due to an incomplete or incorrect address provided by the customer. Should your order be returned to us as "undeliverable" we will contact you to arrange re-delivery. In this case we reserve the right to charge you for any additional shipping cost.

Returns Policy

We want you to be pleased with the items you buy from us. If you the goods received have a manufacturing fault, please return them:

• within seven days.
• in their original condition and packing, with all labels intact.
• with enough details of the original order that we can find you in our records.

We strongly recommend that you obtain proof of postage as we cannot accept responsibility for goods lost in the post.

We strongly recommend that you follow the washing instructions on the label inside each item of clothing as we cannot make refunds for items damaged in the wash.

Please be aware that it may take a few days for a refund/exchange to be processed.

Your statutory rights as a consumer are unaffected.
